Last month, Jan Lehigh, President, and Bob Peretic, Print Products Manager, attended the Labelexpo Americas 2016 label and package printing conference in Rosemont, Illinois.

Jan was invited to speak at the Converter Panel Discussion: New Market Opportunities on Wednesday, September 14. She was joined by representatives from Steinhauser, Digital Label Solutions, The Label Printers, and AWT Labels & Packaging to discuss new initiatives and technologies to stay relevant in today’s market. Chelsea McDougall from Labels & Labeling moderated the panel.

We visited the Screen Americas booth, and received a special plaque from Anderson Vreeland for purchasing the 50th Screen USA Truepress Jet L350UV.

At the conference, we also had the pleasure of meeting up with Lindsey Baker. Lindsey was awarded a TLMI Scholarship, and worked in the Alpine Packaging graphics department. After moving away, she started her own graphic design company focused on packaging design and branding called Ideabox Design Studio.
